A woman can only get pregnant during the \u2018fertile window\u2019 in the menstrual cycle. But what are the good predictors when conception can actually happen?<\/p>\n<p>Ovulation (the release of an egg from an ovary) can vary from one woman to another and it can even vary from cycle to cycle. When trying to conceive, it can be helpful for you to know when ovulation occurs and when you are most fertile.
